Use of your personal information

Dragonfly Fabrics collects and uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists to third parties.

Dragonfly Fabrics may contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Dragonfly Fabrics may share data with trusted partners to help us provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Dragonfly Fabrics, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Refunds policy

Goods are provided in good faith. If faulty they will be replaced with the same or a similar item or a full refund.

Cut fabric is not returnable.

Delivery of goods

Goods are delivered by Australia Post. For all orders except those in Northern Australia, Katherine and Kununurra, we use Express Post and delivery is usually between 2 and 5 days. We use a flat rate for all deliveries.

We are currently not sending International orders as costs are very high and delivery times are extended. You can contact us for a quote for delivery. Any customs or import inspection costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Privacy policy

No private details of customers are forwarded to any organisation other than what is required by their card provider to process the purchase.

Once orders are shipped all card details are destroyed. We do not hold any card details of customers in store or on file.

Security of information held

Dragonfly Fabrics uses an Internet Gateway Provider, SecurePay, to process your payments. Dragonfly Fabrics does not have access to your card data. SecurePay secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. SecurePay secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (256 bit).

Delivery of goods

Goods are delivered by Australia Post. Normal delivery times may vary but should range between 5 and 10 days. Express Post delivery is between 2 and 5 days.

International orders are dependent upon carrier and import inspections. These can take up to 3-4 weeks via Airmail. Delivery times for sea mail are longer.
